No Refunds On Completed Spells: Once a ritual or spell casting has been performed, all sales are final. We do not refund the cost of spiritual labor, time, or consumed ritual offerings(candles, oils, herbs).
Cancellations Before Casting: If you change your mind before the scheduled time for your ritual, you are eligible for 100% full refund. You must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled casting date.
No Guarantees Of Specific Outcomes: Spiritual and metaphysical is subject to personal interpretation and the free will of the individuals involved. We guarantee the dedicated execution of the ritual, but we do not guarantee specific physical results or timelines, and refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of results.
Physical Products
If your purchase included tangible spiritual items such as (talismans, mojo bags, or customized oils):
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, notify us with in 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage to receive a free replacement or store credit.
Unopened Items: Standard, non-customized physical items can be returned with in 14days for a refund, minus shipping costs, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Cancellation or Return
